We are looking for talented PhD level candidates to develop the exciting oncology/immuno-oncology products. His primary responsibilities are   validating novel target molecule and exploring relate mechanism. The candidate will also take preclinical translational studies in solid tumor or hematological malignancies and develop translational and biomarker strategies for iPSC-CAR-NK cell. Activities include carrying out mechanism of action studies, biomarker identification, generation of data that support clinical biomarker development, and develop the assays with analytical team for the pharmacodynamic evaluation of cell products in preclinical and clinical setting. He/she is expected to present and communicate internally and to collaborators. 

 Responsibility： 

 1. Evaluate new technologies to implement in clinical studies to address emerging biomarker data, collaborating with statisticians, bio-informatics clinical and translational group; 

2. Lead the summary of study specific biomarker data, and present results for biomarker strategy to both internal and external groups; 

3. Design and execute in vitro and vivo experiments to validate biomarkers to support pre-clinical study and clinical trials. 

4. Collaborate with the broader scientific teams to design and execute experiments aimed at defining the mechanism(s) of action. 

 Position Qualifications：

 1.More than 6 years after graduation. Ph.D. in the field of immuno-oncology, immunology, or cancer biology with at least three years of work experience, preferentially in industry setting. 

 2. Experience to assess target molecule and preclinical biomarkers will be a big plus

 3. Be proficient in human histology, pathology, and physiology

 4. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with peers across multiple areas.

 5. Demonstrated scientific insight and problem-solving capability, as evident in original research, contribution to drug discovery, or first authorship in publication or invention.

 6. Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

 7. Excellent communications skills – bilingual in English and Chinese.
